Hey there — I’m Nick, founder of Knox Exterior Care Company
I built KECC to give commercial property professionals one accountable vendor, on a maintenance plan, for exterior cleaning. Property managers, HOA boards, NNN tenants, and building owners already juggle enough vendors. Exterior maintenance shouldn’t be one more thing you re-source every season — it should just happen, on a schedule you set once.
