Will KECC perform my service, or will another company?
We use discretion as to what jobs we sub-contract. Some will be performed by us, others will be subbed out. But we guarantee two things:
1.) Our rolodex of contractors are 100% vetted, and meet the KECC Standard of Quality.
2.) We will be your only point of contact during your entire experience. No juggling multiple lines of communication. Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is KECC more about curb appeal, or necessary maintenance?
Both! We are comprehensive, meaning we tackle anything, from window washing to dryer vent cleaning. Essential and non-essential services are loved equally by KECC!
I need something done that isn’t on your list of services - can i still use kECC?
OF COURSE! We will never shy away from an opportunity to handle something new.

I’m interested in a recurring maintenance plan - what does that look like?
We custom-tailor every maintenance plan to every property. Whether you’re a business or a home, we will personally work up a plan for you, so you only pay for what you need.
It goes something like this:
1.) We walk the property - we will do a multi-point inspection to see what services might be needed on a recurring basis.
2.) You tell us what you need - if you have specific services you’d like done on a consistent basis, we’ll make sure you’re covered.
3.) Set it and forget it - sign the service agreement (NO CONTRACTS EVER!) and we perform the services in the time frame agreed upon.
