Driveway & Concrete Cleaning in Knoxville, TN
Surface-cleaned driveways, walkways, and patios — oil, algae, and ground-in dirt lifted away for the clean, even finish that shows from the street.
Concrete holds onto everything: tire marks, oil spots, the green algae that creeps across shaded walkways, and the gray dinginess that builds up season after season. A surface cleaner and the right pressure bring it back to an even, bright finish — no zebra-striping from a hand wand, no gouging.
We clean driveways, sidewalks, front walks, patios, pool decks, and paver surfaces. For oil and rust we pre-treat the stains, and we can re-sand paver joints where the cleaning displaces it.
Typical maintenance plan cadence
Most homeowners have their flatwork cleaned once a year, or ahead of an event or a sale. Shaded walkways that grow algae can want a refresh sooner. One-time or on a recurring schedule — your call.
Serving commercial property across Knox, Anderson & Blount counties — built for property managers, HOAs, NNN tenants & storefronts.

FAQ
Driveway & Concrete questions
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
We pre-treat oil and rust stains before cleaning to lift as much as possible. Deep, older stains may lighten rather than vanish completely, but the surface comes back dramatically cleaner and more even.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not with the right technique. We use a surface cleaner and appropriate pressure for an even finish, avoiding the wand-stripes and pitting that careless power washing leaves behind.
Do you clean pavers and stamped concrete?
Yes. We adjust the method for pavers and stamped or decorative concrete, and can re-sand paver joints where the cleaning displaces the existing sand.
How often should a driveway be cleaned?
About once a year for most homes, or before a sale or event. Shaded areas that grow algae and get slick may want more frequent attention for safety.
